The attorney-connection service
When active, the service introduces a family who asks for it to one participating attorney licensed in the relevant state, as described on How this service works. Participating attorneys pay us for introductions; families pay nothing. We do not evaluate the merits of any matter and do not guarantee that any attorney will accept it. Where a state regulates lawyer referral or advertising services, we will comply with that state's requirements before operating there.
Accuracy
We work hard to be accurate and we correct errors promptly under our editorial standards, but medicine and law change, and we cannot promise that every page is current at every moment. Each page shows when it was last checked.
